2. Salon Services & Bookings
All services offered by Luxe Salon & Spa (including haircuts, hair colour, balayage, facials, waxing, threading and spa treatments) require appointments. Walk‑ins may be accepted based on availability but are not guaranteed.
Appointment bookings can be made through our website, by phone or in person. By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate personal information.
3. Modifications to Appointments
Clients can reschedule or cancel appointments with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less notice may be subject to rescheduling fees as detailed at the time of booking.
No‑shows or last‑minute cancellations may incur charges equivalent to a portion of the booked service cost.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Service prices are final at the time of booking. Payments must be completed at the end of the service using accepted payment methods.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards and mobile payments.
5. Salon Conduct & Safety
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Luxe Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting abusive or disruptive behavior.
All services are provided in compliance with health and safety standards. Clients should disclose any relevant medical or skin conditions before receiving treatments.
6. Intellectual Property
